made with conte and sepia ink. it was for an art assignment on facial expression. i tried to make her look scared or suprised in the beginning, but ditched the idea and made her look angry instead.

i like the contrast of the dark outer color with the white, lighter color on her cheeks. i think you've created a fine, strong, independent nubian princess that would make the goddess Isis herself jealous.

I could post something highly thought provoking and in-depth like ~ optimus-rhyme did, but... suffice it to say, due to the expression on her face, I wouldn't screw with her. ;^)

I'm just totally impressed by how you did her hair. Those streaks of light look very natural :clab: Nice detail around the nose too !
Somehow I dont see her as angry. She has a slightly annoyed look around her eyes, but curious at the same time.
